It is very important that you read the following terms and conditions before making any purchase in our store.

By making a purchase at www.resilientstarshop.com the customer agrees to these terms of use. www.resilientstarshop.com reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions of use, at any time. It is the user's responsibility to check for changes.

Resilient Star reserves the right to terminate account and service for customers who misuse or attempt to perform an unlawful act.

SHIPPING TIMES.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of your purchase, Monday through Friday. Purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be processed from the next business day.  

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package so that you can track it.

The client must be responsible for tracking their package using the means provided by the parcel company either via the web or by telephone.

Delivery hours are open from Monday to Friday on business days and there must be someone to receive the package, otherwise it is the customer's responsibility to contact the parcel and agree on delivery.

The delivery time is 4 to 7 business days, to addresses in the United States and up to 10 business days in extended areas. For international shipments, the approximate delivery time is up to 12 to 20 business days.

The delivery time is not guaranteed since there may be problems beyond resilientstarshop.com that are not in our hands, such as delays in the parcel due to high demand, weather or road accidents, among others.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the delivery of their order and if any problems arise, notify resilientbrandinfo@gmail.com immediately. It is also the customer's responsibility to make sure to put their correct and complete information at the time of placing their order, such as customer name, street, exterior and interior number, zip code, neighborhood, telephone and email, resilientstarshop.com is not done responsible for all costs incurred by not posting the correct information.

In the case of international shipments, if there are customs and/or tax expenses, these will be borne by the client and it is their responsibility to present any document requested by the authority.

When generating an international order, we will send an email to the customer to confirm the shipment, since the customs of some countries charge taxes that we cannot calculate at the moment. If confirmation is not received after the first 15 days, the order will be canceled and refunded.

For more information we suggest contacting the customs authority of your country or a local office of the corresponding parcel.

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.

Any defective item or product that is different from the original order should be reported to resilientbrandinfo@gmail.com  within the first 24 hours after receiving the product. Otherwise, the change cannot be made.

Keep in mind that for any defective or incorrect item it will be necessary to include a photographic proof, in the email sent to resilientbrandinfo@gmail.com, you must add the order number and detail the situation in order to proceed with the return of the product.

Resilient Star is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling of the package by the courier (delivery problems, delays, damage are the responsibility of the shipping operator), but we will do our best to protect all items shipped.

In the case of theft or loss of the package by the courier, a report will be made in which resilientstarshop.com agrees with the client to follow up on it. The times cannot be specified since they depend entirely on the parcel.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

There are no returns or exchanges at the moment.

Please read the sizes and models carefully before purchasing.

www.resilientstarshop.com reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice. All of our products will be charged in US dollars, Resilient Star has no control over the exchange rate applied by your bank.
