Notwithstanding the foregoing, this information may be processed by Resilient Star solely for statistical purposes and/or to obtain a better understanding of user profiles and to be able to properly fulfill the dispatch and delivery of orders at the location registered by customers.
The registered user may exercise his/her rights of information, modification, deletion, cancellation and/or blocking of his/her personal data when he/she deems it appropriate.
2. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR EXTERNAL LINKS
If the online pages of Resilient Star contain links to other Internet sites, Resilient Star hereby explicitly declares that it cannot exert any influence on the layout or content of the linked pages. In order to meet the security objectives, Resilient Star uses WIX technology to ensure both the authenticity of the site and the encryption of all information provided by the user. III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. WHO CAN PLACE AN ORDER
You can place an order as a registered user or as a guest. You need an e-mail address to place an order and pop-up windows to be able to use all the features of the Web Site, including adding products to your shopping cart and submitting your order.
2.ORDERING
The products offered on the Website constitute an offer to purchase Resilient Star products based on the data provided on the Website. All prices are quoted in US dollars. Orders and deliveries are possible worldwide. If Resilient Star is unable to fulfill an order, Resilient Star will inform you as soon as possible. If you would like more information about an order, please contact us. When you submit an order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Our acceptance of your order occurs when the products are shipped to you. We will send you an email confirming that the products have been shipped ("Shipping Confirmation"). Any out of stock sizes will be marked as unavailable. There may be stock issues when multiple customers order products at the same time. When we are unable to ship an item already ordered, we may cancel part of your order and that part will be refunded to you. We work hard to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. Errors may occasionally occur. Our online collection is replenished periodically, so please check back from time to time. Alternatively, if the products you are looking for are out of stock. Resilient Star will do everything in its power to help you as soon as it can. As Resilient Star always strives to deliver orders quickly, there is not much time to cancel an order. Please note that we cannot make or accept any changes (address, size, color) once the order has been placed. Fulfillment of all orders on the Website will be subject to availability. We expressly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel an order by written notice to you in the following situations (without limitation), without being liable to pay any damages or costs other than a refund of any amounts received from you in connection with the order we have cancelled. :

3.PAYMENTS
Method of payment
You can pay for the products by credit or debit card.

During the payment process, Resilient Star may run a credit check. Based on the results of the credit check, Resilient Star may change, adjust or decline an order and/or the selected payment method. In most cases, Resilient Star will offer you the option to select a different payment method. Our customer service team will not be informed of the outcome of the credit check.
Your Total Price
The total price specified on the final payment screen will include shipping costs. This price will be recorded on the Order Confirmation. If you pay by credit card, your bank statement will reflect the total amount of the entire order.
Price changes
The prices of the products will be those shown on the Website. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order that we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation.
4. DELIVERY
As a general rule, the delivery time is fourteen to twenty working days from the dispatch of the order depending on where in the world it is located. If the delivered products have obvious major or production defects, including damage caused by transport, please notify us immediately by e-mail. Failure to do so will not affect your statutory rights.

5. RETENTION OF TITLE
The product shall remain the property of Resilient Star until payment is made in full.
6. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
The order may be canceled until the order is in a state of preparation, otherwise a RETURN will be made.
Cancellations are made only before the package leaves the company.
The return of products shipped that are defective or do not otherwise conform to your order may be made within one month of notification of the defect. In case your claim is justified, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded. For practical information on how to return your order, please read below or refer to the return information.
Exercising the right to return
All products purchased on the Website may be returned at your own risk and within the period indicated below. Within 30 days of the physical purchase of the products by you (or the purchase of the products by a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you), you need to: (i) inform us of your intention to return the products by following the instructions given below, and (ii) You will then need to physically ship the products to us.

If you return your order, we will refund all payments we have received, including shipping and administration charges (if applicable). However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products.
Returned products must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and must have their original, import label. We will not accept or refund products that have been worn or washed. If products have deteriorated due to major use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the sender.

Resilient Star only has an exchange service in our stores. You may, of course, return any product you are not completely satisfied with and it will be refunded. If you would like a different product, color or size, please place a new order.
Refunds
Once the products you return have been checked and inspected, you will be notified of the refund. The refund will be credited to the card used to place the order.
The time to see it credited, will depend exclusively on the policy of the company of your card and / or bank, and can be processed in up to 3 summaries after the management. You can always check the status of the refund in your online account or by contacting your card issuer.
To receive a full refund it is important that we receive the returned products in the condition in which you received them: the returned products must be complete, unworn, unwashed and all product labels must be intact.

Resilient Star promotional offers (discount codes) will be limited to one per customer per order. It will not be possible to combine promotional codes.
